Fractional Operating Partners
When we help our clients with strategic or operational support, our model is flexible, not fixed. Our value comes from our depth of expertise, and our ability to make a difference efficiently. Our Operating Partners are not like those in traditional Private Equity. We are a network of functional experts who come together as needed, only when needed, over time. We partner with clients to help deliver a long-term set of goals, but we do so with a ‘fractional’ level of support. In this way, our clients get what they need when they need it – so we don’t feel or function like fixed costs. Instead, we’re a welcomed partner over time – growing value, the right way.
A Message From Our Founder
I founded OPG after a 20+ year career in management consulting that included value-creation projects across a variety of client sizes, including Private-Equity backed mid-market companies. Those experiences cemented my deeply-held conviction that trust, then value growth, is built from listening first.
That means OPG doesn’t sell you on a specific course of action, and that means our business model doesn’t rely on convincing you to go in a specific direction. We work with you to mutually determine how or if we should work together to meet your goals – and if we can’t, we’ll help you find the right people who can.
There are hundreds of thousands of businesses that drive our nation’s economy and employ our fellow citizens.
